Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have experience to take a class?

NO! our Intro to Sewing Workshop is designed for complete beginners! most students come with there machines brand new in box!

While we do offer other classes like our T-Shirt, Hoodie, and Sweatpants Assembly workshops, Prior basic knowledge of how to use and function your machine is highly recommended.

Do I need to bring my own Machine?

No, We have plenty of extra to loan out in class to learn on. Although it is recommended to bring your own machine if you have one to leave confident in using it after class!

Where are you located?

We are tucked away in the heart of Seattles University District. Right Above the beloved Red Light vintage our hidden staircase will lead you up to our beautiful creative space!

Do you Offer Kids classes?

we do accept kids to join class! we ask any children under the age of 13 be accompanied by a parent!

On occasion we will offer a 4 weeks kids camp make sure to sign up for our emails to be the first to know!

any children under 13 can attend with a parent if you feel confident they are able to manage a 3 hour class (parent does not need to purchase separate ticket there is a waiting lounge available, if parent would also like to participate in class a separate ticket much be purchased for each participant)
